PRESERVED PETAI


This is the most favourite Malaysian delicacy. The beans are an acquired taste, but are popular not only in Malaysia but Laos, southern Thailand, Burma, Singapore, Indonesia and northeastern India. Petai usually sold in bunches, still in the pod, or the seeds are sold in plastic bags.Here, we choose only the finest Petai and packed it to maintain it's freshness.

BELACAN


Local delicacies. It is made from fermented ground shrimp, sun dried and then cut into fist-sized rectangular blocks. It is not designed, nor customarily used for immediate consumption and has to be fully cooked prior to consumption since it is raw. It is an essential ingredient in many curries and sauces.

KERISIK


Kerisik is a spice used in Malaysian and Indonesian cooking. It is grated, toasted, ground coconut paste. It can be made at home or bought ready made. It is used in dishes such as Laksa and Beef rendang.

CINCALOK


Cincalok is a Malaccan food made of fermented small shrimps or krill. It is usually served as a condiment together with chillis, shallots and lime juice.
